WhatsApp will soon be free forever

WhatsApp is dropping its yearly charge and will soon be allowed to all clients. The informing application has generally been free for one year, after which clients needed to pay 99 pennies/69p a year to continue utilizing it.

Jan Koum, prime supporter of WhatsApp, said at the DLD meeting in Munich that the charge will be dropped, and there won't be any more charges going ahead. What isn't yet clear is the means by which WhatsApp arrangements to monetise the move.

Free forever

WhatsApp said in a blog entry: "As we've developed, we've found this methodology hasn't functioned admirably."

"Numerous WhatsApp clients don't have a charge or Mastercard number and they stressed they'd lose access to their loved ones after their first year. So throughout the following a few weeks, we'll expel expenses from the distinctive adaptations of our application and WhatsApp will no more charge you for our administration."

Right now Facebook, which claims WhatsApp, utilizes information and promotions to profit, yet it's not going to go down well if the informing application chooses to go down the same course.
